VivaCell-MTS GOOD’OK service hitting the records

VivaCell-MTS, a subsidiary of Mobile TeleSystems OJSC and Bercut are glad to announce that during the period of commercial operation penetration level of the GOOD`OK service broke 30%, which is considered as an unprecedented success.
– RBT has become popular among VivaCell-MTS subscribers just after it was brought into service. The new service attracted subscribers not only by entertainment and tuning features but also due to easy-to-use tools, interfaces and some advanced functional capabilities, – Ralph Yirikian, VivaCell-MTS General Manager, says. – VivaCell-MTS is always driven by its commitment in delivering state of the art products and services and improving the customer experience. Ring back tones have been expected to gain in popularity, however it was a pleasant surprise for both VivaCell-MTS and Bercut that service penetration has rapidly exceeded 30% right from the beginning of the commercial operation, and it continues growing.
Bercut X-tones solution stimulates the subscriber loyalty and brings other benefits. The more subscribers use the service, the faster it becomes a ‘must-have’ one. This is a clear example of the phenomenon of viral marketing that encourages people to pass along with the RBT service to friends.
