Bercut mnUSSD Centre is the first Russian developed USSD centre. Bercut USSD Centre is a reliable and high-performance system that enables creating both simple and complex interactive services, and allows implementing all advantages of the USSD transport providing an opportunity of flexible adjustment and configuration.
Basic functionality:
Support for GSM MAP phase 1, 2 č 2+. Fully meets GSM 02.90, 03.90, GSM MAP 09.02 specifications.
Standardized protocol for interaction with external applications and systems – SMPP v.3.4.
Possibility of adding SMPP clients online, without USSDC shutdown.
Changing the USSDC configuration in real-time mode without terminating the system.
Switching on/off the detailed logging for the USSDC.
Re-coding of messages in accordance with the capabilities of the subscriber terminal.
Support for lists of authorized and unauthorized subscriber numbers and addresses of SMPP clients (white and black lists).
Flexible system for routing requests that takes into account the service codes, IMSI/MSISDN and the HLR number.
Possibility to pre-define the response messages sent to subscribers. For example, when an incorrect service code is entered or when a subscriber has been denied access to the service, the system sends a pre-defined response message.
Generation of billing records: generation of CDRs per transaction and/or for an entire session. The CDR contains detailed information about the request processing.
No license restrictions with regard to the number of connected informational applications.
Possibility of assigning several service codes or a range of service codes to one SMPP client.
Possibility of restricting the number of simultaneously open transactions for the SMPP client as a whole and for each service code separately.
Support for different code pages used for operation with SMPP clients (KOI-8R, Win1251, ISO 8859-5, Unicode).
Extended statistics on the operation of USSDC, including statistics for separate SMPP clients and their service codes.
Administration and monitoring tools with the possibility of restricting access rights.
